Damaged Product
We offer a 7-day replacement policy for any product that is damaged in transit. Please inspect your shipment upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately so we can send a replacement.
To process your claim, we require clear photos of both the damaged product and the original packaging (mailer).
Other Issues
All sales are final. We roast our coffee fresh to order, and delivering a high-quality product is our top priority. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, please reach out to us directly at contact@riverpulse.co. We value your feedback and will do our best to make it right.
